Message From Sr. Kathleen

Dear Parents,

          Welcome to the Parish Religious Education Program of the Church of the Resurrection.

           WE BELIEVE  that your children are special to God, to you, and to your Parish
            community.

            WE BELIEVE that in the family children learn to believe what their parents’ words  and example teach about God.

            WE BELIEVE  that parents enrich their own faith by participating in the formal       religious education of their children.

             WE BELIEVE  that your participation in Sunday Eucharist, as well as your involvement in parish life, speaks more powerfully than any program or class.

             WE BELIEVE  that the best way families transmit or share faith and values is through rituals experienced in and with the family.

             WE BELIEVE that together, as partners on this faith journey, all of us – parents, children, catechists – will grow in a deeper knowledge, love and service of the Lord and one another.

The PREP staff and catechists are here to support you and to be a partner with you on  the  journey in faith.  Please let us know how we can best serve you and your family.  Together may we discover and re-discover the Lord walking along with us!
