first meeting of the Council in September.

Responsible for providing opportunities to deepen the faith life of the parish through good prayer experiences, liturgical celebrations, enhanced Sunday liturgy as well as liturgical education through the following organizations.

Concerned with the renewal of Parish Life and building community among all Parish members. This committee seeks to encourage activities for the families of our parish and increase awareness and participation in Social Action activities. Responsible for encouraging the laity to exercise leadership roles, developing programs to address the problems of alienation and reaching out to groups in need such as young adults, single parents and the elderly. Specific attention is given to programs for the elderly. This committee also sponsers programs to welcome new parishioners and integrate them into Parish Life.

Members volunteer their time and encourage awareness of Respect Life issues. A hotline service is provided for women seeking information on alternatives to abortion. The group meets the second Tuesday of each month.
